Where can I buy an R4 card for NDS in Australia?

I was hoping I could get one from EB Games, but they probably won't sell them since it's a shop for mainly just for games, which would decrease their income. But can I buy one from JB Hi-Fi, since that is more of an electronics store? If not, can I buy one anywhere else? I live in Sydney.

Also, are R4 cards compatible with the new DSi?
And how much would an R4 card cost, approximately?

If you want the R4 brand you need to get the one that is compatible for the DSi. It is called a R4i SDHC - make sure you get GENUINE ones as there are numerous CLONES that have flooded the market. I would steer away from china though. Best way to get these is simply order online from authorized dealers so you get the good stuff. Also I want to mention the DSi has updates which could make these cards locked out - hence you can also get firmware updateable cards like the supercard dsonei. The following stores are Authorized dealers and ship to australia, they take no more than 5-7 days so that's wicked!

With all these cards you also need microsd memory which u can buy from any local electronics store as well.

Hey there,

Certain types of DSi card are compatible with the DSi, not all of them. Obviously, the DSi compatible ones tend to be more expensive. They cost roughly 15 to 25 pounds.

If you're looking for a reliable place to buy real DS cards, I'd recommend www.NDS-Gear.co.uk (yes, Australia's fine I believe, ask them but I'm sure it's ok) - mainly because they ship by next day worldwide, but also because they test every single card before sending so you don't get a card that doesn't work. You can also e-mail them questions, even before you buy - and they tend to reply within about a day. I've bought mine from there (they are the third store I've tried but I'm sticking with them!) and several more since for friends and family.

Best of luck!

eBay you ought to get those mini micro memory sticks that bypass into the R4 to save video games and play them. you will get them approximately everywhere. it incredibly is particularly demanding to locate R4's because of the fact it incredibly is illegitimate. So on line shops is the respond i've got been given mine from eBay.
