If you have a Hollywood video in your city, you can pre-order now. The cost is $50. They claim to guarantee a system if you pre-order. But i'm going to pre-order at several places just to be sure.

This site, http://www.ps3preorder.net/ will tell you when preordering becomes available. Currently there are no preorder programs yet, I would start looking for them in mid-February.
