If it was pre-owned, then it will come with whatever firmware it had when they traded it in. If they upgraded the firmware, that's what it will have.

well assuming that you have it, go to Settings>System>System Information on your PSP to check what version it has.

*you can get CFW so that you can play Game backups,N64,SNES,GBA etc..... on this PSP model.

all you need is a pandora batt to downgrade it to 3.71M33 and then update to 5.50GEN-D
