You can add voice and speech recognition to any windows based business software application. Almost all CD-Rom based Games can be voice activated. And some MMORPG games can be voice activated although most of those games prevent this because the ability to create keyboard shortcuts would give some players an advantage over others.

Well, it all depends on the game you are playing. Some games have voice recognition components installed, such as Nintendogs and Brain Age. However, most games don't have voice recognition built in :(... So if you want to use voice recognition, check out www.nintendo.com, Wikipedia, or other websites to browse games that are voice capable. Or, you could save your money and buy Pokemon Diamond and Pearl when they come out on April 22, 2007. Those game use ALL of the DS's features. :)

It depends on what game you're playing. If the game has voice-recognition, then it will instruct you on how to use it.
