I needed to buy a new DS so I searched for a good deal on the internet. I came to this website where I could buy a new DS lite for only 88 bucks. The website seemed completely legitimate. The name of it is jjpgames.com. I ordered it. After ordering I saw that it was coming from China. Chances are that it's going to be a fake. So I looked at reviews for the website, and it had some very bad reviews. Some complaining of how long the shipping took saying they waited for a month, and some complaining of fake games or game systems. Some people who purchased from them also said that they had requested a refund, but their emails were never responded to. I tried contacting them myself yesterday. Of course no reply.... I'm guessing it's going to be a while until it comes. The transaction has already been made too. Can I cancel it and get my money back before it comes. I haven't gotten the email saying it's been shipped. I guess I can't do that though because they won't reply.... We did pay through paypal. So if I get it and it's a fake, and they won't reply to my refund requests, can paypal do anything about it. I'm really anxious to get my money back because I'm almost certain it will be a fake.

You never need to worry about authenticity if PayPal was used.

Once you provide PayPal the evidence of fake, a full refund guaranteed.

They will leave a bad record to the site account, and more these bad records their accounts and IP will be shut down.

And I am pretty sure Sony will send them to court soon.

That was why PayPal, Google Checkout, Alipay these are widely used nowadays, and they always side on buyers.

I've a common DS on the grounds that the Lite came out after i would already purchased mine. I'd say the pros are innovative and intriguing recreation play. There are such a large amount of picks of video games that the DS appeals to a extensive variety of individuals. My 14 yr historical son has one, i'm 37 and i've one and i just bought one for my 60 yr ancient mom. As for video games, so that it will depend on what types of video games you like. I've Mario and Luigi: companions in Time, The Sims 2, The Sims 2: Castaway, brain Age 1 & 2, Animal Crossing: Wild World, and a Sudoku sport for mine. The subsequent sport i'm planning on getting is Professor Layton and the Curious Village considering that i like puzzle games. My son has lots of the Mario and Zelda games for his DS. The thing i would get for a DS lite is absolutely a case. That manner that you would be able to travel along with your DS with out it getting scratched up. A case that holds a number of video games is a specific plus.

you could try to contact paypal , and then they can try to contact the company (companies usualy are more inclined to reply to places like paypal etc than a single customer)

But really theres is hardly anything you can do , im sorry.
